The number of shares diluted may be similar, but the dollars derived from dilution are lower.
The amount of dollars derived from dilution the company needed to keep the lights on is less than before.
My dilution dollar numbers take into account the pps at time of dilution. I track shares and dollars of every trade. Sum them during the period of OS updates. Multiply total dollars times percentage of shares diluted.
The figures are not exact, but should be a fairly close approximation. Cannot get exact numbers because the OS is not updated every day.
In any case, we all are hoping it isn't needed much longer.
