As joe mentioned in the call and others have pointed out here the uplist required 2$ for 99 days prior to application. Pre the call that was done 2x. After reaching that milestone it is only required to be above 2$ for 5 days.
My guess is that the most recent acquisitions will cover the net tangible assets issue. Shareholder equity is not a problem. Just needs to be shown on paper signed by auditor. I don’t expect to see much in the way of earnings. We will require NGIO spin and list to boost share price because as we know, right or wrong the div will be treated like a split and cut share price in half.
Even at this current discount price I am not a buyer. I expect the price to be pressured down further as fundamentals are essentially being ignored by the market. Maybe / probably even after the 10K. I will be looking to buy only if we get below 1.25 and even then if we are still some time away from the div and NGIO list I’ll wait. I fully expect the shorts to make a move probably on or near div pay date. Maybe I’ll double my position for the third time in three months if it goes as low as I suspect it will.
