This is like MDR 2 , every side effect can be in this limitation , this is the easiest for any doctor to manage , we use to things like that in our practice .
.plus those patients have real problems and as we know now many developing liver problems progressing into NASH.
Plus more researches talking now that every patient treated for HIV should be also on CCR5 inhibitors to prevent NASH , so in a year or two many indication might change .
And for now what I am hoping , that maybe they will ask and be approved for MDR 1 , but this I am not sure ..
With time it should happen ...
