$HTSC insurance companies will no longer write coverage for properties in a "fire zone". This creates a massive marketing opportunity for HTSC and its timing could not have been better. Insurance companies are now allowing policies to be written in "fire zones" if they are built and rebuilt with ICF building technologies. Many homes and commercial properties were destroyed from this month's wildfires and are all potential candidates for HTSC's ICF building technology, The rolling blackouts continue as California still remains energy insufficient. This is a huge opportunity for HTSC to increase their exposure in California as the rebuilding will be massive and will create Billions of dollars in rebuilding costs. There is also a massive market opportunity as HTSC increases its construction and sales forces throughout this region leading to a increased demand for its ICF built properties. HTSC is planning to teach 30 contractors how to build with ICF this month to coincide with California's rebuilding efforts. The rollout of the company's distribution and marketing efforts could not have come at a better time.

It is time for HTSC to enter a nice bull run. The stock structure is very small for a sub penny stock. The market cap is only 1 million dollars. Management looks to be at the right place at the right time as home rebuilding from the wildfires becomes a Billion dollar opportunity. Their distribution and marketing efforts are going to lead to a massive building of shareholder value that is being created through the intrinsic value that is attained when "Exclusive" distribution contracts with industry leaders are formed. The ICF market is now bigger than ever and the company is working with contractors to bring it to L.A and Riverside counties in short order. Strong management is now delivering on its promise to be the global leader in the selling and constructing of ICF homes and commercial properties. Put this on your radar closely. .0085 is likely to become a thing of the past and multiple pennies are nearing.
