“The notes” vs “the terms of the notes” is semantics. They’re inseparable when talking about specific instances. That’s like arguing that a story isn’t bad because it’s REALLY the individual elements of a story that are bad, leading to the whole thing being bad. Doesn’t matter though.
For me, NP’s leash will get very short if he misses this deal deadline. He’s unwilling or unable to learn that his poor communication hurts the company. As good as the drug is, it goes nowhere without financing, and his financing strategies and public communications have hampered the share price to the point where we lack palatable financing alternatives. I haven’t forgotten that we had “funding secured” through the end of the year... that was a month and a half ago.
I also blame the board for being unable or unwilling to reign him in and positively influence strategy and communications. This is a public company, that’s part of their role, and they’re failing in it.
