Re the shareholder revolt at DSS I helped lead such a revolt years ago against a company I don't need to name. Very few such revolts succeed but ours did because we had a sizable number of share votes committed before we announced and their was a lot of previous criticism about management. We did win and our slate became the board and replaced former management. In my opinion the DSS revolt, if it really is starting with only 6 %, doesn't have much of a chance to succeed against a multimillionaire lead owner. In this case it may just express a complaint about the sweetheart deal he is alleged to have cut for himself.
