Only name and ticker change. No uplist. They are already listed on NASDAQ and were threatened with delist. Rally today is related to in licensing deal with QYun. Didn’t look at the Ks but sounds like they are using offerings to fund research. Only positive I see and not so sure how positive it is is the very low share count.
