I got the impression from the CC that someone other than Joe is responsible for communicating with FINRA, the exchanges, the transfer agents, etc. Several times Joe asked someone else to comment (I don't remember his name, but I believe he was an attorney.) A lot of bowling balls are being juggled at the same time. I believe one of the callers stated it would be good to get our "gifts" out of the way so that the company could focus on its business plan, clinical trials, and integration of multiple moving parts. I agree
Don't misunderstand. I love the gifts. However, once the last dividend is made and the uplisting is completed, we should get a better sense of how the market and investors, individual and institutional, view Generex. Given our low float, there is too much trading in and out in an effort to game the "gifts".
