She’s the one that told Kyle the 2 of 3 item claim in an Aug 2014 PR was FALSE. But did she really need to tell him? It's rhetorical.
She’s also the one who schooled Kyle on what type of permit they had. He should thank her, because for a year they submitted false info about the permit to the SEC.
She’s also the one that stated in her deposition that finding treasure alone would not necessarily be enough to obtain a recovery permit.
