That was never said NGIO no discussion on financing, Arizona was a 5 million loan not equity from bank for all those operations and Altucell is 80 percent stock deal 20% cash!
Interested to know how much the portion of ALTuCell we are buying is going to cost in cash. Where is that money coming from?
