Fireside Chat: Good evening my fellow LAHO sha

Good evening my fellow LAHO shareholders.
Just a reminder here. LAHO has acquired a 180 day extension from GSCG. Not only did GSCG grant LAHO an extension to complete the merger, they posted it on their website as well:

GSCG wouldn't do that if they had no intension of completing the merger with LAHO. If the merger were off, GSCG would have put that out in a PR and distanced themselves from LAHO.
Benito has his reputation to uphold and the reputation of GSCG's as well. Take a look at how many people and companies that he is exposed to all over the world:

Rest assured that GSCG did all their DD on LAHO before they entered into the LOI. GSCG cant afford to get itself involved with a company that cant finish what it starts.
I'd bet that most of the LAHO share holders have, in the past, invested in companies that were much more risky than LAHO.
That's all the dirt the SEC has on LAHO? That's all they could find? They went looking for dirt and that's the best they could do? An outdated mailing address? Sounds to me like LAHO pretty much has its house in order or the SEC would have listed more violations.
Again, I personally called the SEC on this, and that is the only reason they listed for the suspension.
LAHO moved closer to GSCG as the two companies have to share information on a regular basis. When LAHO moved, it was an oversight on their part not to keep the SEC informed about the new mailing address.
LAHO address: 777 Brickell Avenue, Suite 500
Miami, Florida 33131
GSCG address: 14750 NW 77th Court, Ste. 304
Miami Lakes, FL 33016
The two companies are less then 20 miles apart.

The two companies have a lot of corresponding to do on a daily basis. They need to be in very close proximity to each other. There will be point of sales transactions coming in from all over the world on a daily basis to LAHO and Benito wants to be close to it.
Think of LAHO as a cash register. And Benito wants to be close enough to hear it ring ever time there is a sale!
