Joe initially said it would be on the NASDAQ... but upon follow up Q, it seems they will want to see proof of "going concern", which should be quickly proven with the assets and operations the Co will have. So while it will not immediately be on the NAZ, it should immediately qualify to move there...

Otherwise, as Hylander indicated, it's on schedule. And we should hear something regarding our opportunity to buy some shares/rights in the coming weeks/days...

"I would like to now move to our discussion of NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology spin-out. As you may have read today's press release, we have now secured a merger with a public company. The merger is scheduled to close on or around the end of November. There is much legal work and auditing work needed to bring NGIO public and its shares trading publicly. Our attorneys are preparing all the regulatory and legal documents, and necessary files. Once these documents are complete, NGIO would be public"

Was there an update about this today? Is it still on with this same company? Did he name the company?
