Nightfood Holdings (OTCQB: NGTF), the innovative company addressing America’s $50 billion annual night snacking spend, today announced that the company has hired Lionel Binnie, founder of MSourceIdeas, to expand its distribution and increase its partnerships in non-traditional retail channels. Nightfood plans to target the campus retail and hospitality industries through corporate relationships, led by Binnie, and by working with the local distribution centers and brokers to add further accounts. The company recently entered a partnership with a national wholesale distributor that services around 2,600 college campuses and thousands more hotel locations across the United States. Nightfood intends to leverage this new distribution capability to supplement the roll-out of Nightfood ice cream through supermarket locations. “These alternative retail channels can not only enhance sales volume, but also provide exceptional brand visibility for us,” NGTF CEO Sean Folkson said in the news release. “We have concepts in place for hotel partnerships, in particular, that we’re very excited about.
