No doubt there has been a dramatic change with the huge bids showing up. That is not a good position to be in if you are short. They will be forced to buy the offer.
It looks like many shares are going off at 0.0440. Could be a short unwinding his position. He will just load up the offer and not lift until he is all bought back.
