Outstanding shares have increased from 1.1 million Oct 2018 to 57,763,971 as of Oct 22, 2019
Approved on the books is an up to 300 to 1 second reverse split.
After SGSI merger with Wavetech GBMH, SGSI shareholders will own less then 10 percent of the new company.
Currently at 57,763,971 outstanding shares of SGSI, over 600,000,000 shares will be outstanding after the merger occurs."
