A friend of mine just called me a few minutes ago

A friend of mine just called me a few minutes ago an said he had bought little over a 100,000 shares a little bit ago through E-Trade an was asked a ton of questions but was asked multiple times why he was buying UNVC, broker said he could see he already had a substantial amount of shares already but really stressed the point as why he was buying more, anyone else had them ask this my friend was wondering if so, he's not a board of any kind.....TIA for any help.
