Consider this - one member of this Board bought the device and it took him all of one afternoon to test it’s functionality.... ONE AFTERNOON!!!!!!!!
Yet a “testing company” says it will take five weeks.... And then, THREE WEEKS AFTER those 5 weeks have expired, they STILL don’t have results??!!??!!??
Does it make sense that a professional testing company has taken two months to test a device that takes less than a day to test? Or does it make more sense that the testing company was bogus, if it exists at all?
How does such a testing company stay in business with such inefficiency?
This device is not complicated. It takes a day to test by an amateur. Even using strict standards under multiple controlled conditions, this should be an easy 5 day process for a professional company that is in business to do this.
Also keep in mind that you have been given NO REASON for the delay. Simply a shrug of the shoulders and silence - exactly what someone warned would happen when the study was announced. Shouldn’t you be afforded AT LEAST an explanation of why?
