Yes, and Val refusing to forecast positive steps such as 10-Q's, 10-K's and 8-K's is a very smart move. Often those complaining the loudest about lack of info, and claiming to be "investors", are really just flippers which of course includes shorters. They already know that the only non-filing based clues being provided by VBF Brands are coming from Instagram since that's been the case for quite a while now.
Great news popping up from out of nowhere as a complete surprise to shorters is the best way to give them the woodshed treatment. I believe what she's saying to be the truth as she knows it. Providing a timeline will only embolden the shorts. The volume isn't huge, so the pps will move back up just as easily as it moves down.
