I certainly can not say that or answer this kind of question, sorry, but what I can say is opco vehicles list ready take 4 mos to take fully public and list them on nasdaq without giving up and equity, meaning all 100 percent of the shares is delivered to the buyer, nasdaq vehicles like dr Niihara took over EMMA made him nasdaq day one but he gave up 21 percent approx of the company merging in that Nasdaq and then a month later he got delisted, now that was one hell of a mess, shell companies deemed a shell by SEC take 13 months at the very least to get seasoned to start the uplist process and these also you get all 100 percent of the stock if your a buyer, so if your asking me if Nasdaq shells are best, there about the same as opco vehicles, but cost millions and millions and millions less.
