I'm new here and came over after seeing the fantastic boost in NTGL stock today. As I understand it, NTEK is the parent company, so I was looking to investigate possibly taking a starter position. I've read the case file you are referring to (at least most of it, as the case itself has a very long history). The currently active case is not against Long Side, but rather Long Side Ventures LLC as the plaintiff versus Nanotech Entertainment as the defendant.
Long Side Ventures has made repeated requests for supplemental disclosure by Nanotech Entertainment, specifically in this latest request related to claims made by Nanotech Entertainment and its chair David Foley in the SEC case against the company and its principal, as well as in the David Foley bankruptcy filing.
The judge in this case has granted the motion to compel in Long Side Venture's favor and further intends to issue a Writ of Bodily Attachment (essentially a civil arrest/detainment) order against David Foley.
I'm just now peeling back the layers of other lawsuits (SEC, BK filing, etc) referenced in these filings and will report back with new information.
