I actually feel bad for you Mary.
I reread your Feb 2018 post detailing your first conversation with SB.
One paragraph has stuck with me:
When MAZARS (He reiterated that it’s a 100% bona-fide a REAL letter) started the audit, there was the necessity of obtaining various legal documents from the former shell owners. All of which the owners are hesitating to provide due to the fact that they would accrue a variety of costs and expenses, including responsibility for the now infamous DE debt. Again, SB is legally pursuing this matter and will not let up until MAZARS is satisfied. Once the issues with the former owners and DE is fulfilled, MAZARS can complete the audit and ONCI can become HEXAGON.
The infamous DE debt ended up costing the company $2000. Two thousand measly dollars. So DE was satisfied at the END of 2018 (for the periods ending 2015 & 2016). Not sure if SB ever satisfied the preferred share issue that had been issued in the former CFO's name. I doubt it, but lets say it has been. So why couldn't SB complete the audit and have ONCI become Hexagon?
You have every right to be pissed off at SB because he lied about this too, just like the mass market retailers, the PL ads, Cataclean, US Warranty, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Europe, South America, Japan, and all the nonsense with the Malaysian factories he was going to set up and make product from.
You were his best salesperson. He didn't have to pay you a thing and you unintentionally sold his fabrications. I sure he sleeps quite well at night.
