I was trying to find a proper way of describing the interview; I think game-changer is a good way.
1. The licensing partnership deal is still ON and likely will be announced soon. NP said the “potential” deal (maybe lawyer’s recommendation?). Confirmed the numbers he had mentioned before most important 50% royalty.
2. Results of very large animal study on NASH are “very strong”. Report coming soon.
3. BLA, clinical and Manufacturing ready for submission in December.
4. TnBC results apparently are very good !!!. If this is the case, and it is what Patterson thinks it is, the points above might be irrelevant as it will, for the first time, indicate that CYDY’s class of CCR5 receptor antagonist for Oncology is a reality in humans. This has implications of course, for the other oncology indications. TnBC alone would be a HUGE plus for CYDY (I would think that the company will not be “alone” anymore) as the big “sharks” will come to swallow CYDY if this turns out to be the breakthrough Patterson thinks it is with the patient CTC’s trend or otherwise.
So … I am very happy for the patient and sitting tight with my shares waiting for the TnBC announcement.
