i don't understand why sb is being so quiet after

i don't understand why sb is being so quiet after we passed the " insurance test". one would think he would be telling every social media platform about it. i know i would. i can only think of 2 reasons why he is being so quiet about such good news 1.) we didn't meet insurance standards. 2/) there's some deal afoot that benefits sb if our pps stays low. how does a low pps make us money? anyone? jmo. come on onci.
