Agree with most of your comments, however, R/S is normally very detrimental to a stock. I have been involved in several companies that R/S and the next effect was substantial loss in few days (once a SP lost 70% in less than a week).
I believe the effect is mostly psychological but effect nevertheless.
Also, I think that CYDY can go above $2 easily and we can up list organically.
