I disagree. Most would agree and perhaps you would agree that the overwhelming majority of companies in the pinks are are scams. I’ve heard some say 99% of the companies in the pinks are fraudulent. That it is to say with varying degrees they are shells with no actual products or services run by criminals stealing investors money by deceptive and fraudulent practices in one form or another.
Steve Rotman and company are established retailers with the highest integrity as demonstrated by decades of giving back to their community. The “ Tom foolery “ behavior as you call it is an attempt to demonstrate first hand to investors exactly what they are investing in so investors can have faith that what they are investing in is real and substantive. It may seem unusual because it is thinking outside of the box. That’s a good thing.
