Expertise, experience? Sure the game hasn’t pass

If you think that the "game" has passed Messrs. Berman and Jagunich by, then I suggest that you take the reigns and come in and run the company yourself. Both men work for no cash compensation as the company embarks on its plans. To an industry veteran like me that shows me that these men care enough about their DECN accomplishments to carry them through -- free of charge to thankless NOBOs.
I understand that a penny stock trader would believe that because the management takes nothing that it is exactly what penny traders get. So if you want them replaced, which is a common penny trader refrain, usually accompanied by allegations of management corruption, lying and deceit, then I suggest you do the replacing yourself, because nobody of any skill in this end of biotech would do it for free. An industry veteran looking for a challenge, a man or woman who is ready to run a regulated, publicly traded Biotech, would want at least $300,000 annually and at least 5% of the company at the largess of the BOD, to leave their current employ and move to So. Cal. The right hand man or woman of this rainmaker would want $200,000 a year in salary and 2% of the company. Find these people and then tell them the challenge is theirs but they have to work for free, and see what you get. I would wager a year of my new NYC level salary that you would get crickets. But have at it. I think you will be doing Mr. Berman a favor and I think he would think so too.
Now to change the subject a little bit, I was undecided whether I would answer the personal slight, but decided to respond anyway. If, as you assert, that the industry has passed me by, then I suppose my current employer made a huge mistake bringing me out of retirement. My employer looked for two years to find The Guy. I get it that I am the only guy they could find who was available for the task at hand, and I get it that my career in the industry, which ended once, is shorter than most -- even if there aren't any others -- but for a guy who has been passed by, I earn a great salary because I can do the job expected, and I get it that my employment comes over the objection of at least two DECN penny stock traders as if it were any of their business.
Fact is, most if not all, penny stock traders have no idea what senior management at a biotech actually does, how hard the CEOs job is, how multi-faceted the guy at the helm has to be. And that's why the day in December 2018 that this message board became a share price is everything, the only thing board, IMO a huge injustice was done to DECN shareholders.
