I will give it a wild guess as to why we haven't moved anyways in the past 3 days.
It all began in Sept 10 when the news was released about the rights offering. Prior to that day, the shareprice was $.25 Cdn.
From Sept 10 till closing today approx 32 Million shares have been traded/shorted to bring the shareprice down to the approx same price as a share would cost if using the rights offering. Basically, the exercise was to try to negate any value to the RO by bring the price of the RO down to 0, and the share price to be the same as one would pay if transferring his RO.
So the Banksters, hedgies and shorters have made a play to invalidate this financing and the have had to wait and see (like the rest of us) as to the success of their manipulation and how much $ UCU would recieve from this exercise. Their hopw would be that zero $ was raised and that we would be in a precarious financial situation with dark clouds looming.
Well we did pretty dat good with over $8 Million raised and minimal dilution!
The Boyz who are the Market Makers are going to have to fine tune their algos over the weekend to position themselves for an onslaught of positive news and a shareprice that is not reflective of value.
I see $.30 shortly on the horizon and that is before the party really begins!
This is solely my guess!
