The end of the 180 day extension for LAHO to "complete the merger" is on or about 3/10/2020, give or take a day or so.
The 180 days for the extension wasn't chosen because they thought it could be accomplished in 30 or 60 days. 180 days was chosen because that was the most / max time they thought it would take.
We may start trading again before that time under the LAHO ticker and probably will. When? Myself, I'm not expecting LAHO to start trading again until sometime after the first of the year.
They have a mountain of work to do before they can get the show back on the road.
Relax.....all is not lost here.
