Ok, Joe, I'll bite.
First off, I appreciate that much of what you see on these sites can be frustrating, and some of the comments are downright stupid. However, I wish your demeanor could be as patient and constructive (pretty remarkable, frankly!) as it is on the con calls.
That said, you'll have to forgive me if I don't understand your post about using closings from 2017/2018 for the $2 NAZ listing qualification. Maybe you see something I don't see... but if I look on:
1) My TD Ameritrade account
2) My Ally accounts
3) The Yahoo site and
4) The NASDAQ.com site itself...
there is not a single sign of $2 in 2017 or 2018. The prices have been adjusted (right or wrong!) for the 20:1 dividend as if it were a split. So there is not a SINGLE DAY in those 2 years, on any of those resources where GNBT is shown as closing over (or anywhere near, frankly) the $2 mark.
We would LOVE to know that this is a route that we can take. However, as you always tell us to do our own DD, please point us to something that would show us that this is valid.
