What’s complete are you badgering because you want to bust balls or you don’t listen, what is complete the day I say complete is what was due then, if you mean complete in listing process let’s take this real real slow because obviously you are having a real problem, the k as I said will be complete in the coming days, I said the Nasdaq need to confirm shareholder equity and assets under management, so if it’s not filed I would say it’s not complete.
Complete means all the necessary things to make it complete are done. It’s not rocket science and obviously you don’t listen to well at all.
