Unfortunately some share holders for various reasons are forced to sell some shares due to divorce, health issues, need to pay taxes, car repairs, roof repairs (getting close to winter), tuition, rent or mortgage, etc.
People are so excited by the UNVC opportunity that it is possible that some shareholders borrowed money to buy extra shares and now the loans needs to be paid back.
I borrowed a lot of money at zero interest off credit cards earlier this year (with balance transfers) and I have almost paid off all of the credit cards.
Yes, it is unfortunate that someone needed to sell 2 million shares when it appears we are so close to Filings and the start of the PR machine.
