I like your valuation of CYDY. $15B will put CYDY's SP around 100 times higher !!!.
Also, I see your point, however, you tell your shareholders: "we have very stiff competition from ViiV and we need to diversify. The acquisition will give us a competitive advantage in some areas and a possible entrance into NASH and Oncology."
And ... well, lets pay only $5B for CYDY.

I personally believe that a BP could quickly take LERO's potential rapidly to needing patients. However, if they don't see it, it will need to have to be shown to them (maybe at a higher price latter on).
