OWINGS MILLS, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Univec, Inc. (OTC: UNVC) a specialty pharmaceutical company, announced that its Board of Directors have approved a stock repurchase program. Under the program management is authorized to repurchase up to100,000,000 shares of the company's stock. The program may be limited or terminated at anytime without prior notice. Repurchase is based on profit and cash flow of the company. Under the stock repurchase program stock may be repurchased by the company from time to time in open market transaction or in privately negotiated transactions as permitted under the applicable rules and regulations.
