I don't know the old GNBT so I can't compare. Of course people will cheer when a stock goes up, they are making money on their investment. I have never heard of people crying when they make money, unless it is tears of joy 
A stock dropping 20 cents a day is a big deal to some who have a good investment in it. Might not be to you, but it is to others. Different strokes for different folks, so to speak.
I do agree with you as before on Joe doing to much and about the investments. Yes, Nasdaq helps, but he still should be able to get it on the OTC level as well, just in different ways I would think. He did get a loan from a bank he said.
We are still waiting on the 10-K as you said and waiting to see some revenue increases which I believe will be in there. I just hope it comes out soon. That I think will stop some of the PPS bleeding we are seeing currently.
I'm taking the good and the bad right now. I don't like the PPS drop because I am losing a lot of money right now. But I also am looking at the dividend overall, the revenue, the future, and based on what I 'believe', it will all turn out well in the end. However, it doesn't mean I am happy with the PPS drop currently.
