All the companies are filing taxes now as they are

We know HRI has annual revenue for 2018 of 204 million dollars as has been published based on the HRI Tax Filings.
All that is going to change is that all the companies (however many there are) are all becoming under the Conglomerate Umbrella, whereby all the Gross Revenues are added together - all the expenses added together = Net Profit. Now divide the Net Profit by the # of shares and we get the book value for the Conglomerate.
If you are talking about shareholders, then yes it makes a difference since taxes are only due once per year for the calendar year.
So in 2019, we will only be able to "play will Uncle Sam's money" until the end of December 2019.
No one, not even Dr Dalton wants to wait another 10 weeks until January 2, 2020.
As soon as all is ready, Dr Dalton will File and then start the PR Machine and all the TV Interviews while revealing the extend of the Conglomerate.
All my own opinion.
