True story: when the U.S. and North Viet Nam agreed to negotiate to end the war in Viet Nam, the U.S. team checked into the Hilton in Paris.*
The team for N. Viet Nam leased a house -- a FIVE YEAR lease. They sent a message.
Guess which side had the psychological advantage?
I do not want IPIX to rush into a deal. I'm happy that they've hired a firm to help locate a partner and set up a deal. Those guys have experience and connections. When you do something (like making deals) all the time, that experience counts, but the other side knowing that they have an experienced deal maker against them counts even more. It's a great psychological advantage.
