PPS going down was not determined by the company. Retirement of shares, Nasdaq, 10-K, dividend were.
The problem right now is getting the PPS back up. Joe even made clear that being on OTC limits the company. If the PPS keeps going down, Generex is going to be staying on OTC for a long time, so it is in their best interest to do what it takes to get the PPS back up.
