TCEL is bouncing up and repeating the same pattern from mid September. If the stock can close and hold above .0015 there is real strength here. Otherwise It will drift back to .0008 and buying there also makes sense. I bought in September and up a little bit...buy more you say Frewil? Who else is bullish here?
