If we conclusively break $1.90, i.e. a strong "ask price"
If we conclusively break $1.90, i.e. a strong "ask price" under 1.90 or a days close below $1.90 .... the PPS will look to get back down to around a $1.00. I'm good keeping my position (i have my exit strategy ready if needed) but others need to strongly evaluate if you can hold on. Please note to me this is pure price action breaking through support.
I firmly believe in the story of GNBT and that we will see GNBT evolve into a very successful and profitable company. But for now; the 1:1 dividend and the PPS reset for entry to the NASDAQ tell me this will not take place for some time.
I suspect that the 10K will be very good but not enough to push to $3. However, if GNBT suddenly starts earning some surprising/unexpected revenues and profits , the effects of the 1:1 and price reset would have an opposite effect and very quickly turn PPS very positive.
