I agree with you vinsterr. I look at it that there are hundreds if not thousands of "stop sign" tickers that have been dark for years and are illegally dark. The SEC delisted over 500 last year, I had 4 of them and was not aware of any phone order only restriction on my 4 tickers. Point is that this is unusual for Etrade and I see it as very positive for UNVC shareholders. This may go on another week or two but I highly doubt another month or two. I agree with Mikey, we are very close, all IMO.
