As I noted in my first post, I disputed the charges from InvestorsHub on my credit card as I feel the service was fraudulent. The following is the message that I received from Capitalone this morning. ( Got 2 others exactly the same for 2 other months for the maximum allowable dispute time of 3 prior statements ) The ease of this matter and the fact that they didn't even give Ihub an opportunity to challenge my dispute gives me the impression that the credit card companies are well aware of what is going on here. I would encourage anyone else that feels that they did not get what they paid for with Ihub to do the same.
