My guess is that SFOR is still flying under the radar, with their trading partners or deal partners having most of the visibility (like the DSS and the US air force deals). Do regular wall street investors spend a lot of time perusing penny stock boards? I doubt it.
But when the millions of dollars from these deals hit the books, the wall street scanners and investors will go crazy and more people will find out about SFOR.
