I know this may come as a shock, but as I said before, KB owes you only his best job day in and day out. If that isn't good enough for you, you have, as I see it, three choices:
1. sell and don't look back, but history is not on your side since many sold and many are still involved in what might be considered retaliation for all the good it does them ... what it really means is that they are reduced to libeling KB on-line
2. you can come in and replace KB. To do so you would have to first be up to the job, but of course a trained monkey can do better what KB does poorly, and you would have to agree to take no pay or lay off staff and take their pay, but that will be your decision
3. you could actually understand the role of a shareholder vs. the role of management vs. the role of the BOD. I am pretty sure that is not clear to you, nor is it clear to many people who post.
