You guys are just so funny. Words like disgrace, disappointment, and insult are used. Yet, the company has no money and $25 million is $25 more million then they have now. I say it is fine that some NOBOs feel that $25 million is a disgrace and an insult, but what have you done to help make the number higher? For the most part you NOBOs have attempted or volunteered to help J&J because you (collectively) hate Mr. Berman, you have reported him to the SEC, tried to engage law firms to start a class action suit. Who is the disgrace here?
You wrote that the court Hearing was attended by some platinum people and after the hearing KB had lunch with them.
For which Mr. Berman is given zero credit ... like he owes this to NOBOs. If you don't like what Mr. Berman is doing, then replace him and do better yourselves.
So KB may be seen by J&J as crazy as you described it, but I don`t believe he is going for scorched earth.
J&J thinks KB is crazy and that is a good thing. When he walked into the court room he deliberately sat down amongst the J&J lawyers and assistants. They scattered like cockroaches.
I could imagine a little lower settlement with J&J as a give and take signaling that DECN would maybe not going to sue Platinum might prepare the bed in which all involved parties could imagine to jump in.
The lack of business acumen among NOBOs is appalling, yourself not included. KB is working his azz off and all he gets is grief. Don't you think he will do what he thinks is right and get as much as he can from J&J?
