Got it, my response was not meant to dump on you specifically, it was to be a little more optimistic. I think it is interesting that no matter how sure the positive outcome will be, as we get closer the doubt sets in that something has to be going wrong. In this case there is always something to worry about when it comes to expecting an accomplishment on a certain day or financing to be no problem. I have been critical of the garage band business model Nader is utilizing, sometimes it is better to not rely on a home run in the last inning to win the game. It is so far off normal it leaves us wondering how this can be so unknown. never mind what the indications actually are, can anyone think of a drug that has this many potential indications? Has anyone experienced a company that puts out nothing but positive PRs and the SP only dwindles lower for years? This is a crazy company but this drug will not be put on a shelf to collect dust at this point.
I am surprised that Saltz is getting negative, he was the one who pointed out that this process is like The Voice TV show, where once one judge endorses a singer, the others endorse just because of the first judge. We are right at that moment that big things happen. difficulty scrapping together funds for the phone bill is not going to stop this.
As for being in a position of power for negotiations, at the end of the day the BOD and mgmt know what they have, and are pricing it in complete indifference to the SP. The only holdup caused but he SP is fundraising based on it, hopefully that is over.
