Sounds like it would only cost you $4 to find out if the asks are fake or not.
With brokers going with free commissions now, it's less costly for someone to slap the ask on a daily basis. I'm very certain there is nobody out there who has any incentive to hit the bid for the sake of hitting the bid but there are many, many shareholders who want to see the price higher and would likely want to spend pennies a day to hit that ask. I really think there's a very good chance that PTOI will start to move higher based on that. It might actually be worth the gamble to pick up some shares, wait for a higher reference price of maybe $0.05 or $0.08 to get established in investors' minds and then unload for the 100% to 200% profit if it happens.
