For those of you who have read my posts this weekend, I'm confident that Garry McHenry, former President of Microchannel Technologies (MCT*C) is the individual named on the NVSOS listing for Investment Reserves, LLC, and that he is the individual who incorporated the entity seeking custodianship of EMBR. The $64k question has been now that he has control of Microchannel what business venture does he plan to bring into it and RM with EMBR.

I believe I got the answer. From this PR, Garry McHenry had hired Chris Berno a CTO while at Microchannel

So what happened to Chris Berno after Microchannel was spun off from MCT*C. Well according to his LinkedIn he's been a busy guy in the virtual reality (VR) universe and with his partner has been seeking $2M in seed financing for his company, Vroom Technology, Inc, which has been in beta since being founded in 2016. I know this because their website says "beta".

I believe after Garry McHenry left MCT*C in June 2019, he and Chris Berno (his former CTO at Microchannel) plan to RM Vroom Technology, Inc. into the EMBR shell after obtaining custodianship. Both gentlemen live near one another in Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach (20 min drive).

In summary, Vroom's seed funding to raise $2M 'bombed' big time so with Garry McHenry's knowledge and connections they will take Vroom technology, Inc public via custodianship, and a RM with EMBR.
