Yes...if you just use straight math, at the current PPS of $1.97 per share, if the dividend happened today, the PPS should be around $1.26 after dividend, except you will now have 2 shares at $1.26. The gain is approximately 28%.
If dividend will be paid as previously scheduled...there are still more trading days left...hopefully the PPS can shoot up to $4 for 5 consecutive days before the dividend (10k, Gnbt making some huge positive announcements, etc), then we can meet the uplisting PPS requirement before dividend.
