I absolutely agree with you that PTOI should have the money in the bank first. That's definitely a touchstone. Anything else such as 'just as good as money' or 'as good as in the bank' simply isn't good enough, especially in light of PTOI's history. Many things can and do happen as that customer money is supposedly working its way into PTOI's bank account.
There's also a reason why it has been six years without a customer willing to put money in PTOI's bank account and that's just since the change in the business plan to start selling processors under current CEO Mr. Heddle. Investors aren't being told why potential customers all ultimately walk away. Trying to get to the bottom of that with the lack of useful information coming from PTOI, investors should look at the math in procuring plastic and what the 'fuel' can potentially fetch in the market.
