We've ALWAYS known the company goal was buyout and as stated by the CEO Mr. Kay multiple times! They even cleaned up the AS Preferred a while back, which ZPaul has posted multiple times about!
The two recent large jumps in " Authorized Shares (AS)" Mr. Kay mentioned about financing/notes, but he cannot state anything about acquisitions at this time, other then in the filing that listed acquisition as a possible reason.
This is just my opinion of a possibility -- we could see the owners of McAfee ("Think Bigger!"
TPG (51%) and INTEL (49%) time -- MAJOR NEWS PR! These 3 have always been at the top of the my list for buyout and to keep $SFOR IP together with Parent and subsidiary control over the IP - INTEL chips and McAfee!

This could also explain the recent AS bumps to 7.5B then 12B while OS only about 2.8B of those numbers -- Possible acquisition getting ready to take place....AND....to RM either McAfee or TPG into $SFOR, while they might break out $SFOR sub-BST to continue on with Blockchain and Cryptocurrency or maybe BST will be part of the buyout package too.
Maybe other Billion Dollar companies inking deals to use $SFOR IP and TPG/INTEL/McAfee said - Let's Make The Deal now! Mr.Kay setting up the AS for such events to take place this year!
Both TPG and INTEL will want their Preferred A's and an AS for McAfee to RM with.
The above is my opinion and could be wrong, but the dots are definitely there to connect. We have been working with them for years and facts to show that has been posted to the board!
